If i could give a zero i would. This is hands down the WORST experience I’ve ever had at an ethnic wear shop. The so-called “manager” is the most arrogant, rude, and unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered. I went there for a simple suit exchange — something clearly covered under their own policy — but instead of helping, he deliberately cooked up baseless excuses for problems that did not even exist. He flat out refused the exchange, spoke in the most dismissive and condescending manner, and treated us as if we were doing him a favor by shopping there. A manager is supposed to represent a brand, but this one completely destroyed my trust in the store. His arrogance, refusal to listen, and blatant disregard for their own exchange policy shows how little they value customers. If this is how they treat people after taking their money, I can only imagine how many others have been cheated or insulted the same way. Save yourself the humiliation, frustration, and wasted money. There are plenty of ethnic wear shops out there that actually respect customers and honor their word — this is NOT one of them. Absolutely pathetic management. I will never step foot in this place again, and I strongly suggest others stay far, far away.
