I picked up a suit on 8th July and while trying I only tried the top as the pant n dupatta will fit well. Since the top was lose I asked to alter. They said it will be done the next day. Gave me phone no. to call but it's not reachable all the time. I went for 3 days continues to check if it's ready. It took a week to get done. Today 17th Aug I take it out to wear for a function and see the pant is having red marks, OK no worries then I turn it and see it's torn as well. I can't even reach the store to check on return or exchange. Request the store to contact me.

The staff’s attitude was extremely disappointing. Soft skills training should be mandatory. Today, I was interested in buying a dress and simply asked about the price and any discount, but was met with a nasty look and overbearing attitude she replied This put me off completely—I didn’t even feel like looking at other items and not even stepped into. With such attitude, she cant even sell a Single piece of cloth I think ur sales should be down in PVR panjagutta branch Giving festival sales is not important Employee attitude is more important Please take this seriously and address it.”
